2010/2011 - Buren van Velzen Guelen advises and accompanies new construction projects including: Helena aan Zee in Scheveningen in 2011 (44 residential properties) and Naarderbos in Naarden in 2010 (30 residential properties). Our services included land acquisition, division into apartment rights (principal and subdivisions), creation of rights in rem and transfer to the buyers.
