China Desk

In order to cater our client's needs that are increasingly involved in overseas business structuring transactions and investments both into Europe or China, we have established a China Desk. We are able to provide legal assistance and communicate in Chinese (mandarin). The desk provides services to clients from China that seek to invest in or through the Netherlands. It also provides legal services under Chinese law to businesses that are considering a business transaction in China. Team members have in-depth local knowledge and experience across legal, regulatory and cultural aspects. The members of the desk frequently travel to China to meet our clients and other contacts in the region.
