Barbara Hagemann is a lawyer. With her expansive knowledge and experience in numerous branches of industry, she advises on and litigates all aspects of employment law. Barbara represents national and international clients in individual and collective employment law cases concerning the dismissal of directors (under the articles of association), transfer of undertakings, reorganisations, works council consultation procedures, bonus and (employee) share plans, or revision of employment terms.
Barbara completed the specialist training PALA (post-academic training course on employment law) and is a member of the associations of specialist employment lawyers VAAN (Vereniging Arbeidsrecht Advocaten Nederland), VvA (Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht), EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and the association for Corporate Litigation.
Before joining Buren van Velzen Guelen at the end of 2011 Barbara was working for De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam.
