Cees-Frans Greeven is a tax lawyer who works primarily in the international tax consultancy practice and the national corporation tax practice on the structuring of investment funds, private equity and tax planning. He advises a large number of multinationals and listed companies and is regularly involved in the development of tax driven products.
After obtaining a degree in tax law from Tilburg University (1994) Cees-Frans took a post-graduate course on European Fiscal Studies at Rotterdam Erasmus University in 1999. He joined Buren van Velzen Guelen in 1994. Cees-Frans is the chairman of the Dutch Chapter of the European American Tax Institute and serves also on the Tax Committee of the IBA, and holds membership of IFA and Vereniging voor belastingwetenschap (Tax Science Association).
