Cisca Hacker is a civil law notary's clerk. She assists and advises Dutch as well as expat clients primarily on (private) real estate transactions, including selling and purchasing, transfer of property rights, financings, mortgage rights, lease issues and creation of (limited) rights.
Cisca joined Buren van Velzen Guelen in 1997. She successfully completed the training as civil law notary's clerk in 2006 and has been working as a certified clerk ever since.
