Constance works in the corporate law practice, focusing on insolvency law. She advises on and litigates various issues of corporate law, directors' liability in particular. Other areas of expertise include bankruptcies and the preceding timeline as well as restructurings. Constance frequently acts as court-appointed receiver and administrator in suspensions of payments.
Constance studied at Leiden University and Humboldt University in Berlin and has succesfully completed the Grotius Speciality Course Insolad. She was admitted early 2004 to the Bar as a lawyer and has been with Buren van Velzen Guelen since 1 May 2011.
