Specialised in the national and international corporate notarial practice, Daisy advises a number of national and international clients on the reorganisation and restructuring of businesses and groups of companies, joint ventures, mergers and demergers. She is an expert on advising healthcare institutions on the legal implications of specific regulations for those institutions, such as the Healthcare Governance Code, the Exceptional Medical Expenses Act or the Care Institutions (Accreditation) Act.
Daisy is a member of the Royal Notarial Association. After obtaining a degree in notarial law from the University of Groningen in 2001 Daisy has been working as a junior civil law notary. In 2008 she successfully completed the post-graduate specialisation course on Corporate Structures of Grotius Academie.
