Henriëtte specialises in national and international corporate notarial law. She advises several national and international businesses, on reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and demergers. She has been involved in setting up (international) corporate structures and drafting corporate documentation.
Henriëtte is a member of the Royal Notarial Association KNB.
In 2004 Henriëtte received her degree in notarial law from Leiden University. She was sworn in as acting deputy for the civil law notaries of Buren van Velzen Guelen in 2008.
