Ingrid de Haan is a candidate civil law notary specialised in (international) business law. She advises in particular multinationals, listed and medium-sized companies on different areas such as setting up structures, restructurings, financings, demergers, mergers, acquisitions and share transactions.
In 1998 Ingrid received her degree in notarial law from the University of Groningen and in 2007 she succesfully completed the Grotius post-graduate specialisation course Corporate Structures. She joined Buren van Velzen Guelen in 2008.
