Natalia is a corporate/tax lawyer. She specializes in corporate law, M&A, cross-border transactions and transaction specific taxation.
Natalia heads our Russian desk where she works with Russian business clients, public and private companies, operating in the Netherlands/ or structuring their operations via Dutch SPVs. Natalia also renders legal advisory services to Dutch companies pursuing business activity in Russia and CIS.
Natalia received a degree in Russian law (Jr.D.) from Perm State University in 2002. She also holds a LL.M. degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam (2005) and a MBA degree from TiasNimbas Business School (2009).
