Paul Deloo is a civil law notary whose specialty is general and corporate notarial law. His practice covers MBA, private equity, financing, restructuring, reorganization, joint ventures, demergers and corporate governance. Paul represents national and international (listed) clients in complex issues of corporate law.
Paul received his degree in notarial and Dutch law from Radboud University Nijmegen in 1997, followed by a specialisation course on Corporate and Business Law from the Grotius Academy. He joined Buren van Velzen Guelen in 2005, and was appointed civil law notary on 20 November 2008.
