Pieter van den Berg is a lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing and insolvency. Both as a lead and co-counsel he has advised clients of different sizes (some of them listed companies) on national and cross-border transactions.
Following his law study (private and business law) at Erasmus University in Rotterdam (1995), Pieter completed specialisation courses on 2008 in insolvency law (Insolad/Grotius) and Mergers and Acquisitions (formerly Corporate Transactions) (2008). He is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and Insolad, the Association of Insolvency Lawyers.
