Specialising in international and national corporate notarial law, Tibert advises various national and international clients on a variety of issues of corporate law, including the reorganisation and restructuring of businesses and groups of companies, joint ventures, mergers and demergers. He also assists in setting up (international) corporate structures and drawing up corporate documentation.

After obtaining his degree in notarial law from Leiden University in 2002, Tibert was sworn in as acting deputy for the civil law notaries of Buren van Velzen Guelen in 2006. In 2011 Tibert successfully completed the post-graduate specialisation course on Corporate Structures of the Grotius Academie.
