Wim specialises in commercial real estate transactions and financing, Wim is regularly asked to advise on the aspects of real estate, security and corporate law of proposed real estate transactions. Wim has specific expertise in the implementation of investment and revitalisation projects of golf courses and regularly advises on complex redevelopment and construction projects. He is also responsible for Buren van Velzen Guelen's extensive execution practice for registered property. As a notary Wim of course draws up and executes various notarial deeds.
After obtaining degrees in Dutch law (1972-1977) and notarial law (1979-1981) from Leiden University Wim van ‘t Hoff has been working in the notarial practice, since 1990 as a civil law notary. He is a member of the Royal Notarial Association and independent chairman of the Association for the Certification of Estate Agents [Stichting Certificering VBO Makelaars]. Wim is also a Diginotaris, an on-line notary.
