Our section comprises more than 25 people, including (junior) civil law notaries, lawyers, tax consultants and paralegals.

The members of our section concern themselves with every aspect of commercial real property. We advise clients on the acquisition and sale of registered property, transfer and turnover tax, creation of securities, project financing and project development, inner city (re)development, reinvestment reserves, real property structures, liability and (lease) disputes. Our staff assists clients in negotiations and the drafting or reviewing of contracts. In addition we carry out due diligence investigations into real property.
